Port Mocha ("we", "us", "our") operates the Port Mocha Wholesale mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account & business information: When you apply for a wholesale account, we collect your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, business address, and tax ID. Your account is reviewed and approved by our team before you can place orders.
Order information: products ordered, quantities, tier-specific prices, shipping address, and shipping method.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Square. We do not receive or store your full credit or debit card number. Square tokenizes your card data on its PCI-compliant infrastructure and provides us with a token and a limited card preview (last four digits, brand) for order records.
To review and approve wholesale accounts and assign pricing tiers; to process and fulfill orders; to calculate tier-specific pricing, tax, and shipping; to provide order history, status updates, and customer support; and to prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. We never assign a pricing tier automatically — tiers are set manually after account review.
Payment data is handled by Square, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Your full card details never touch our servers.
We retain account, order, and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with tax and legal obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information via WhatsApp at +1 (313) 208-0888. California residents have rights under the CCPA.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Square (payment processing), WhatsApp / Meta (support messaging), and Expo (app delivery). We do not sell your personal information.
